Role Overview

As Programmes Coordinator you will plan and deliver OERL's education programmes end-to-end — coordinating partners, logistics, budgets and impact reporting. You'll be the connective tissue between our vision and its delivery, ensuring every initiative runs smoothly and creates measurable value for students and institutions.

This is a hands-on role for an organised, people-focused professional who thrives on turning plans into outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and deliver programmes, events and workshops end-to-end.
  • Coordinate partners, facilitators, vendors and delegates.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, logistics and on-the-day operations.
  • Track participation and outcomes, and produce impact reports.
  • Support communications, registration and delegate experience.
  • Continuously improve processes and delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in programme, project or events coordination.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in education and its impact.

Qualifications

  • Degree in education, project management, social sciences or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.
